“Eat healthier” is not only a culinary book with 75 recipes, it is also a compendium of knowledge about the most important and common 5 nutritional trends. The book is divided into two parts: the encyclopedic part, which explains the general assumptions of healthy eating and 5 chapters: vegetarianism, veganism, fit diet, gluten-free diet and a lactose-free diet. Each of these chapters contains a comprehensive and accurate description of the existing assumptions in a given diet and 15 recipes divided into 4 types of dishes (appetizers, main courses, desserts, festive dishes). The cookbook is designed in a minimalistic, modern, transparent and very logical way so as not to distract the reader, but rather slowly introduce and guide him through reading. For ease of readability, color codes have been introduced in chapters. Vegetarianism: green, veganism: mint, fit diet: yellow, diet without lactose: navy blue, diet without gluten: pink. The authors of the recipes are: Daria Ładocha and Karol Okrasa (in cooperation with a nutritionist).
